Full description of what happened: Blooper asked me to go into TS to chat with him in regards to 'heartless [fbi-gaming]' and how he just gunplanted. The story behind it was that he went up to a T, and slayed himself with his guns to it proceeded to drop his guns to a T and the T had immediantely picked them up. Blooper didn't have access to CT ban so I proceeded to do it for him, and made the ban report for him. (I asked blooper to request access)

Personally I've seen him done this on multiple occasions, and does deserve this CT ban however I just looked at some of his record within this month and has received multiple CT bans, as well from Link so I'd expect a larger CT Ban on his next offense depending on the offense.
