Full description of what happened: His first mishap was freekilling me when I was walking about when out of cell and no orders were given, and out of cell freeze order wasn't said or anything other that contredicts that order. Second time, is when he killed me because I unholstered a secondary and had it pointed to the floor, and killed me and another guy in the process which both were freekills. This ban should hopefully make him learn the concepts of what he done, and how to correct it next time.
