Full description of what happened: Ts were doing the order at the start of the round and Obus decided to do premeditated serial killing. Earlier wasn't being a CT and I was going to spec him and move him off of CT. I know its a perm CT ban, however still don't have access to CT ban nor teleport commands.....

Guy was slow, Didn't understand lr really, cheated in a lr, didn't listen to admins. One round he just decided he was bored and shot a good amount of T's in the face.
