Also an ESPN streaming service? What? Sports is basically the only reason most people have cable nowadays, this is probably one of the final nails in the coffin for them.
Hence why they aren't starting their streaming service until 2019, in which they will pull their films and put them on their own services :( It's nothing that we will see happening right away, but at least we got a heads up for time to come. And yeah, pretty much every cable company has a sports package as their biggest seller. Curious to see how Dish Network / Direct-TV solve this.
