Might I remind the community, especially for those who have forgotten, that Unban Requests are supposed to follow a certain template.

Do NOT take it upon yourself to start a whole thread for the community to discuss the unbanning of a certain person. This is in no way productive or in line with the rules of the forum. It clearly states that if you want to make an unban request, do so using the correct format listed above.
This
includes unban requests you are making on behalf of somebody else. That's right, you
CAN make unban requests on somebody else's behalf if you so wish to do so (and have cleared this with the Staff+, certain people must make thier OWN ban report because they have too much of a history). This allows the Staff and Advisors to decide on the matter without undue interruption or input from anybody else, just as there wouldn't be on any other unban request.
The forum rules are very clear that you should be using the correct format, and NOT creating a thread for discussion when it comes to an unban request. I hope in future that everybody can abide by these rules (although most of you already do).
This isn't really aimed at members because you shouldn't really be getting banned anyway, and if you do you a) obviously deserve it, and b) probably won't be here much longer if you don't book your ideas up.
So please for the love of God, Kharn, Bourne, ya boy woissa and all other things holy, use the correct format for unban requests, and do not bitch if the outcome is not that which you desired, as we have very fair-minded, level-headed objective staff in place to make these decisions, and we should trust the decisions they make are the correct ones.
