So I've been using a dell Inspiron 15 5000 series laptop which has not been connecting to the router. Opening the back of the laptop has shown me that the antenna cords that hook up to the wireless card had been disconnected. This leads me to my situation, I cannot reconnect the wires as there is a gray plastic part holder that I cannot remove. In other words, I REQUIRE ASSISTANCE. Anyone happen to know a solution?

My best advice honestly would be to quit preparing. Just go in there and be you man. Stressing over it and trying to prepare perfect answers will just worry you more and make you nervous. When you interview, you just want to be calm and cool, and be yourself. Give honest answers. All you've got to know is who you are and what you'be done, because that's all they want to know, and everyone knows about themselves. Every interview is different and impromptu usually, because they interview goes on the path that you take it. The interviewer asks questions about you, so you choose that path. Sure they might have questions they pool from, but if you answer "I've never had any work experience" they won't ask you "So tell me all about your last job," so really you can't really prepare for that except knowing yourself. So be you. If you want to prepare, then learn stuff about the company. Learn their website, what they stand for, stuff like that.
Another thing, to make sure they see you are interested, is to view it like you are interviewing them as well. This interview is likely the last chance you have before getting the job, just as it is for them hiring you. So you gotta make sure this what you want. Ask them questions back, information about their company you couldn't find or understand. Don't ask about pay, not for a job like this. But general info stuff, like maybe about what you'll be doing, the work environment, etc.
Hope this helped, GL. I'm pretty much a king at impromptu so for interviews I almost never prepare. But eh, not everyone's like me. Still, hope this helped.

a couple things u can do 1 get a usb wireless adapter dongle theyre like 20 bucks 2 use a precision/mini needle nose plier and a 90deg pick tool and try to fish it out. u gotta be real careful not to damage the wire tho, the wires are extremely thin and dell makes those wires really snug and dont usually leave much slack. if you look in that little square above the wlan adapter opening, its the white wire. 3 disassemble the case and reconnect it the proper way. its not that hard just remember the thread pitch is usually the same but the lengths might be different

it shouldnt b a driver issue. he already verified the antenna wire is disconnected in the pic. if his device manager doesnt recognize the wlan adapter, then hes got a driver issue as well. some adapters will idle out tho to save power if the antennas not connected so that should be the first thing to fix.
I don't even see a photo but i can see what xync wrote and i do recommend that.

UPDATE: After multiple attempts to reconnect the wires to the card we're unsuccessful, an attempt to solder the wires was made. Waiting for the metal to cool before reassembling the laptop
