For those of you that have been with EgN I would first like to say that I regret how this has been handled in the past, it's mostly always been at the very least kind of messy. Going forward I'd like to make sure that this doesn't happen again.
What is already decided:- Current admins will not have to redo admin school/test because we are revamping it.
- Going forward instead of removing admin we'll make people redo admin school/test if they mess up with their admin, as it is the most logical correctional tool to use in these cases, this will probably happen more easily than admin removal happens now.
- Caboose and Lex will be helping me with this (depending on activity), no one else. They will be fully aware what's going on with this whole undertaking by the time we actually have a school and/or test. Don't ask other people what's going on, they wouldn't know for sure and thus could provide information that is not correct.
- Admin rules will never be open for discussion at any of the events related to this. There are other times and places for this.
We have a pretty good idea of what we're going to be doing, but none of us is perfect, so we could have always missed some ideas that could be very useful, that's why I'd like any of you to post what you think we should be doing. We don't guarantee that we'll follow the advice, but we will certtainly listen to it and take it into consideration!
