I recently heard one of my newest friends who joined as a recruit is being verbally abused. There's a lot of bullying in this clan everyone is so mean to each other. I thought we was a community who want to recruit new members and grow as a whole... But people keep joining and they leave right away I'm just saying that even though it's one person who want's to leave doesn't mean that one person could affect the choice of everyone else.

I understand joking around and i don't understand why people are just mean to each other and they talk about each other behind their backs.

But I'm pretty sure most of you know what I'm talking about. It's a horrible sight to see but I think we should improve our attitude once new people and members

I make fun of people that I actually know and I interact with them often. I don't make fun of random people on how they talk or do stuff. If they feel fine of what I'm doing about to them. Tori, I didn't know as much but she wanted her app to be declined because of bullying acts. Now many people called her an attention whore including me. I feel horrible and she's probably the reason she left. I'm new to EgN and my attitude is about a old veteran who knows everything, basically a wise-ass. Now as I'm in a teamspeak chat, they are calling her cunt , whore. Although some people don't know her, that doesn't mean for you to label her as "whore" / "slut" / and "quitter"

I am going to apolgize to Tori and ask her to join back. Also threatening people to vote no for you isn't the right thing for you to do. If you have a problem with someone, bring it to yourself. That's all I have to say!

You should be nice all the time

There's that time when you feel like you hate an arrogant person and you have to speak out. I speak my mind and I am not always the nicest but it makes me who I am today

The sexism and age discrimination needs to completely stop as well.
Any discrimination, for that matter.
Age discrimination is already a no-no on EgN, yet people still do it, including admins, jokingly or seriously.

It just needs to be left behind.

Only reason Tori left is because she felt like shit coming in here because people consistently committed sexist offence against here and she didn't feel comfortable, so she just left her recruitment behind and moved along. Not even sure if we'll see her on jailbreak anymore, to be honest. Especially with Pink_Pr1ncess. And every other girl, essentially (other than GWAG, Aprxl, etc).

Actually I do not believe that is true, Tori would have been a controversial figure in our clan. Her attitude was one that was very sour, to me she lacked self-respect, however these are traits that I have solely observed from her playing on Jailbreak, I am not saying she wouldn't have been able to join us. Please do not say she was sexually harassed, I know that the server is filled with scum-bags, but her scenic attitude is also partly to blame. But aside from all that, I believe the drama and drooling coming from our members towards females in our servers is astonishingly pathetic. The drama the usually ensues with people worshiping pussy is unholy, I have seen admins let arguments go on without any action being taken, and actually add fuel to the fire. Recollect some self-respect, ignore your pheromones, and start admining the servers correctly.

Making passive aggressive threads instead of PMing either me or Doldol does absolutely nothing to stop bullying, 80% of the time the people doing the bullying don't even see it as bullying. So if you actually want to help out then report them and allow us to handle it.

There is no excuse for bullying but there is even less excuse for not doing something about it.

Yesterday Tori came to me and told me she was having a problem with several of our members harassing her, calling her a whore, and many other things along those lines. The fact that she actually came to a higher up about it instead of just leaving a post saying "Fuck you guys, I'm out" makes me have more respect for her than I have for several of our past members. I had told her that if anyone continued to cause her a problem that said person should be pointed out and directed to me, in which case any problems with regard of disrespect or harassment would be taken care of.

While I was offline she apparently messaged me again where she said that 4 people, all of whom will not be named, were harassing her. About 5 minutes later she said she's leaving because she's not going to deal with all of this hate and drama. I plan on having a talk with these 4 people.

The amount of disrespect on the internet itself is atrocious, but we can't do anything about that. But what we can do is take care of the disrespect in our clan and in our servers.


Listen to Kharn, he knows what he's talking about. Even if you're not the one being bullied, you can still report your concern about someone else.
