EgN Minecraft Rules
Notice: These are the official rules for EgN Minecraft. These rules are subject to change at any time, with or without notice. The punishments listed below are simply guidelines for the EgN Minecraft administration to follow. Just because they are listed here does not mean that the admins have to abide by them, as every scenario is different, however they are strongly encouraged to do so.
Do not let other people use your Minecraft account. By allowing other people to use your Minecraft account you accept all responsibility for the actions of all players using the account.
Rules
1. Do not ask for ranks, staff, items, currency, or real-life items.
Result: 1 Warning, 1 Temporary Ban for 1 Day, Permanent Ban.
2. Do not advertise any Minecraft servers, websites, or other online services that endorse such services.
Result: Permanent Ban.
3. Do not excessively spam, argue, troll, or use capital letters.
Result: 1 Warning, 1 Kick, 15 Minute Mute, 1 hour mute with a jail, 1 day ban, Permanent Ban.
4. Do not build, discuss, or imply inappropriate matters (Racism, Sexism, Sexual Matters, etc).
Result: 1 Warning, 20 minute mute with a jail, 1 day ban, 7 day ban, Permanent Ban.
5. Do not disrespect any members of administration or any players.
Result: 1 Warning, 1 hour mute, 1 day ban, 7 day ban, Permanent Ban.
6. Do not use cheats, unapproved mods/clients, or exploits for benefit.
Result: Permanent Ban.
7. Do not scam players for items, land, or money.
Result: 2 hour jail time, 7 day ban, Permanent Ban
Notice: Whatever the victim lost will be replaced, within the EgN Minecraft administration's ability to do so
8. Do not sell real-world items.
Result: 1 Warning, 5 day ban, Permanent Ban.
9. Do not lure (Teleporting or baiting a player with malicious intent) .
Result: 1 hour jail time, 1 day ban, 7 day ban, Permanent Ban.
10. Do not change your nickname to any set of characters containing the name of another rank.
Result: Nickname privileges will be revoked.
11. Do not exploit any bugs, glitches, or malfunctions found on the server. This includes market, map, command, and towny exploits.
Result: Varies heavily per circumstance. At administration's discretion within reason to the violation and past history.
12. Do not intentionally grief blocks, items, or animals.
Result: 1 hour jail time, 1 day ban, 7 day ban, Permanent Ban.
Inventory Clearing Policy: All players who violate the same rule more than once will be subject to an inventory clear. This includes, but is not limited to: Virtual Inventories, Ender Chests, and anything else capable of long-term storage.
