i'm willing to go for another month of representative

i don't really know if i did a "good job" this month but i'm willing to go in again and see if i can do a better job and bring more ideas out. it's up to u guys if u want me
my main points this time:

->honesty: tell u guys straight up what happens/happened if u want to know and ask for it
->good discussions: everybody likes to bring up ideas but they need to be defended against the reasons why it shouldn't be a thing or why the idea is bad

and most of all
-> fun without question: everybody wants to have fun and i think that would make a great basic rule on servers and forums. this would have to be putt trough an admin meeting ofcourse but getting the staff warmed up for the idea wouldn't be bad, would it?
