Full description of what happened: I spoke with Dyno and Link about me receiving reports of Fucking Gimps John ban evading and Dyno told me to ban.

I was 100% sure it was him, even though I hadn't had proof, or couldn't match any IP as I didn't have an IP to match. He called Blitzkrieg a 'pedo' in server, and I knew it was John as John calls him that all the time.

As well as, I did a Steam ID check on his Steam ID, same age, same real name (Matthew/Matt) and same country which all couldn't be a coincidence.

Dyno had matched their IPs
