It's not a freeday at all though, Ts can't "roam around freely" because if they do, and get found by CTs, they are KoS (unlike actual freedays). The game has a clear objective, more comparable to a warday than a freeday.

What others stated regarding armoury camping is what I've most often heard being the issue though.

Since it's not a warday or freeday, it actually still classifies as a normal day, just with the death game lasting the entire round (up until LR). Doing a game like this could theoretically be blocked under the context that CT's who aren't checking to prevent rebels or staying with the T's are not doing their jobs as CT's. Or, you could try to say that it's not progressing the round to LR any, since it usually always leads to rebelling.

Outside of an interpretation like that, which a highest ranking admin may or may not hold, a hide and seek day can actually be allowed, with certain things to keep in mind. One, as stated, the CT's have to stay somewhere other than armory. Two, there has to be LR. I know the second sounds obvious, but you wouldn't believe how many times people thought that they could kill the last T just because it was a hide and seek day. Three, you really will want a way to prevent T's from getting to armory. Have the CT's wait in medic or something. If you hear the armory door open, kill the bastard that opened it. Obviously you shouldn't be walking around to search quite yet, but there's nothing stopping you from adding a rule to the death game that says that CT's can watch the armory to stop anyone from getting guns. They just can't be inside it.

But honestly, if you're going to do a hide and seek day, just give a god damn warday. It's much simpler than trying to figure out ways to keep the T's from rebelling on a game that they hate, and have little chance of winning.

this.... u wouldn't know how many times (when I was elite) I had people higher then me say "u can't do that" or " that isn't allowed. U need to do it like this"
Higher ranks are based off of activity and maturity and how u help out. I haven't seen any promotion based off of rule knowledge. A regular player could know rules better than an elder. But some people won't admit if they wrong or try to make a conversation and just say "this is how it is. I am higher ranked so I am right" which is the complete wrong attitude.

And hide and seek isn't allowed to be played for reasons of it becoming a warday or that it delays the round. But it really isn't that. U can't judge a game just because some people will rebel. Like...U got a lot of games where people rebel.
Duckhunt,death run, race.... they can all run away or start rushing the Ct's but that doesn't mean the ggammes shouldn't be allowed, does it?

U let the Ct's stray in the roulette pitt in the cage opposite to the armoury platform. U close the door and aim at armoury platform and at the door. Any T going there just gets shot. A whole map to hide and 30sec time for them to run.

Sure u got the secret in the cell which may lead to armoury but that's a 1 in 5 chance or something. So u have a high chance of succeeding.
It really isn't that difficult to organise hide and seek and prevent it from becoming a warday
Just know what you are do it and think like a rebeler.

Y’all just move the cts stay in armory to like CT’s go to sauna or iso until it’s time for them to go find people. If the issue is armory stays open and Ts get guns then don’t leave it open. Warden should open cells or wait with the other CTs until the cells auto open. Just be smart about it. If you don’t think it will work with your CT’s or the Ts are good at rebelling then you probably should just do a regular day. TBH hide and seek is only fun for the CTs anyway :/

Why can't you just say in the rule "Ct's not allowed to camp armory unless "Hide N seek Day" is called; Therefore, cells must be opened by 6:00 and Ct's must get out of armory by 5:30"

This one is fun, but only allow it on certain maps as if it was on a bigger map, it would nearly be impossible for the Ct's.

So there use to be a rule in place for this awhile ago but it was removed. That rule allowed you guys to play hide and seek but now with it gone you can’t. Hide n Seek is not allowed on the server just to clarify. From what I recall it caused a bit of confusion because people would camp armory when they were suppose to be out on time. Then the other thing was even if CTs went and hid out of armory (before hunting the Ts down) the Ts would just end up going to armory and getting weapons to rebel.

The main thing here is that Hide n Seek is no longer allowed on JailBreak. You guys can discuss all you want though and are welcome to bring up to the next admin meeting we have which won’t be for a bit.
