Check in advance on what is allowed on the plane, this advice is more-so on the flight back, American fearmongering is real, and you might have certain items confiscated that the French airport security were okay with.

Bring a portable phone charger, a comfy neck pillow, and maybe some earplugs. Some medicine for headaches, etc. Maybe sleeping pills.

tl;dr plan ahead, do research

Its not as scary as it seems. Just remember once you reach cruising altitude you can use electronics so take a tablet or your phone and put lots of music and movies on. It helps so much!

I flew on a plane once or twice before, all i remember was jet lag was horrible for a couple of days after maybe search up ways to deal with it? but other then that have fun on your trip c:

this is great advice. Flying for that long can give you a real bad ache in your neck/shoulder area, which the traveler's pillow counter-acts fantastically in my experience.

Don't worry if you get there earlier, you'll be fine. It's totally fine to be nervous/scared as it's your first plane journey, I was when I was on a plane for my very first time. You have nothing to be worried about, I learnt that after I went on the plane

Sunny mate, I've been on heaps of flights, like I mean heaps. Not once have I missed a flight. All that needs to be done is to get there early, like 2-3 hours before your flight.
