tattoos at 15?

Personally through studies and assignments that i've already made on this subject about tattoos i can say following. Tattoos will only make ur health worse. The Ink will hurt and you can't stay out in the sun for long because of the ink is going to be warm.
I know the option seems horrible too. But rather suffer from fashion than your skin.
The biggest organ you have is your skin, dont fuck it up.

With that said, i think a tatoos shouldn't be practical but more meaningfull. Like if a brother or parent dies for example. Something you know you wont regret. even when you get 80 years old.
If you can accept the following above then you should consider it, else not. :)

PS: At your age i wanted the big tattoo on my arm and shoulder. Didn't get it and im so happy about it :)

lmao i dont care about it being bad for my skin, i know tons of ppl that have gotten tats and nothing has happened to their skin . i don't care about regretting it because if i get the one i want i know i won't, and it might save my life one day, im here for a good time not a long time lol.

No regrets, every tattoo is a memory, even if its a stupid memory I got my first tattoo at 16 and regret nothing.
Yours is for a medical condition, what do you have to lose :D
If your worried about pain it isnt even that bad. feels like a cat scratching a sunburn XD

I agree, if you really lose sleep over a tattoo when your older then you are taking life a little too seriously imo (this comes from someone with a raccoon sitting in a crockpot tattooed dead center above the bellybutton)
I would say the only thing to consider is that most shops won't do it until your of legal age even if you have your parents permission. So you probably will have to get it from some artist's house rather then the shop. Just make sure all the needles are individually packaged in airtight containers
