What’s the username and password?

If you want to play the game you were banned from, you'll have to get another account. Unless you can seriously prove that you got hacked, not including that ticket to steam (which unfortunately, you likely won't be able, since they have to assume that you might have hijacked your own account, or gotten someone else to do it for you, or that you were grossly irresponsible with your account), they're unlikely to remove any game bans or VAC bans. Just hope that it's only a game ban and stays as only a game ban, because it means there's only one game that will need to be replaced.

So, your best bet is to create an alt and rebuy that game if you want to play it.

If you do want to try your luck with steam support, though, then make sure you don't stop after the first few responses. Those first few for anything ban related are completely automated. The bot will say no but if you keep responding to the ticket and a real person responds, you might have better luck. Or, maybe not. If you do try it, make sure you bring up the fact that you had a previous support ticket about your account being compromised.

Glad it all worked out so quickly too, hoping the steam key worked!(?) But besides that, you should give it a go anyways, PM me & I'll help you write something up to the Support Team.

That's for VAC bans (as far as my knowledge goes). Pretty sure they may revert game bans, considering Vac is more for those who hack, script, etc so there probably wouldn't be a way to un ban a VAC ban.

If they don't, but considering you're unaware if they do or don't, still attempt to contact Steam Support, and as Yiggles said, provide your original ticket # for when you were trying to get your account back, and/or other proof that you were hacked.

The developers of the game are the ones who have to remove the game ban, luckily in this case Valve would be the developer so it could very well be possible that Steam support can remove it if you have enough proof. It would be worth a try to reach out to them again.

You can still contact steam support about unfair VAC bans though. Account hijack probably comes under unfair so like i said if he has enough credible info he should be good
