I GOT MY ACCOUNT BACK

This morning, I got my account back. I reset everything I can so I should be fine!

Unfortunately, I now have one ban on my account. I'm not sure what it is for or what game even. It I was banned from EgN for any reason I am incredibly sorry and know that it was not me.

Good news is that ai have my account back and should be online and active again!

Good to hear man! You can check to see what game you're banned from by clicking "View Ban History" below your ban on your account page. My guess is that it's CSGO.

Edit: You're not banned. Come back on!

Congrats. I know the rush of getting a stolen account back. Granted mine took 3-4 to get mine back lol.

Oof, you have a game ban. And being that CS:GO was one of the last games played, it's likely to assume you're banned from playing CS:GO. Hope it doesn't evolve into a VAC ban.

Try submitting a support case with any evidence you have that the account was stolen (the ticket # for the first support case should help) and see if there's any way they'll remove the game ban. I have no idea how likely they are to do this, but the worst they can do is say no.

They wouldn't remove the ban. Happened to me someone hacked my acc went onto csgo and hacked(didn't get banned thankfully) but support said if I were to get vacced that I wouldn't be unvacced

Yeah like i said, I don't suspect it would work but it's worth the try.

For the game ban if you contact steam support and explain what happened you might be able to get the ban undone. If your account was hijacked they might be bale to check the IP's of last logins and see that it happened somewhere completely random and there's a possibility of it getting undone. Obviously it's not 100% certain but contact support and see what they can do.
If there's any way to prove that your account was hijacked then show that, otherwise just give as much info as possible and see what they can do to help!

Even if the account was taken, they won't remove the ban. Or that might just be for VAC bans idk.
