I edited the parts and cut the price. I picked a cheaper but faster RAM, downgraded the cpu (still a good one), upgraded power supply watts (non modular though), replaced cooler with a cheaper one that is still good, replaced motherboard with a good one that is a little cheaper, replaced gpu with a 1050ti that has 4gb of vram instead of 6gb.

I know it says that full price for this refurbished one says 350 dollars, but I know that's probably just a marketing tactic to make people think they're saving money. The new one is like 180, so I'm pretty sure it's not actually gonna go up to 350 after this sale ends.

I have that monitor, It is around 230 i think when not on sale. But If you want a i5 you gotta get another motherboard aswell, I can build you one and send you a link if you want.

Yeah I would really appreciate it if you would do that. Also no this is my first build, but I've watched video tutorials and have a couple of irl friends who have built multiple before.
