How hard would it be to implement a random number generator to help CT's do custom games and use map props for such a purpose?

Does it have any other use-case that would make it worth going through and actually doing it?

This would be good on the dam map where in the cell blocks CTs pick a random number that dies. Like the idea, though should be restricted to be used by warden only.
