JB Rule clarification out of cell freeze

Well specifically saying, the warden will take warden, leave armoury to see that cell doors are already open, however I see what Kharn says as such. Like, Ts are already out of cell, and the warden goes “Take one step out of your cell and freeze”, and with them being out already, once they take that one step forward/sideways/back, they should then freeze, and not say “oh well, you never said out of cell freeze, so why should I, or that I can run around freely until next order”. What Link tried to say that, that order still applies to every T outside or in cell.

If I do what you said above, I am expecting to be shot down. I am not frozen, I am not one step outside of a cell and so I am not even attempting to follow the orders that the Warden has given. It's on me, as the prisoner, to ask for clarification and communicate my situation to the guards. I need to make sure I take the necessary steps to survive, they shouldn't be placating me when all I am doing is trying to take advantage of a loophole in their wording.
