One thing here stands out "no censorship" yet in a whole yore censoring other staff+ showing up too this. I think that needs to be reworded where if a staff+ comes in they are there under your rules and follow the same rules as everyone else. Period.

Any sort of "middle-man" is automatically censoring some form of communication.

Just a heads up though to anyone who shows up, he clearly said there should be no blatantly attacking someone. This means that if you're going to say something about someone, you've got to word it a little better than "He's a massive cunt and needs to be fucking removed". If it sounds mean in your head, it probably is. And I can tell you this, chances are you're not going to be able to say something without being disrespectful if you're getting heated and pissed, so try to keep a cool head yo.
