Eh I still complain regardless of who does it tbh. When I played on the servers regularly, I knew for a fact admins would believe my word over the word of most others, doesn't mean I had to or even wanted to abuse that position. Neither should others because they have a certain rank or not, the rules are there for a reason regardless. I know for a fact a lot of people have stopped playing on the server due to how Staff+ on occasion act, be it temporarily or permanently.
The way I look at it is, if you're a major part in making and enforcing the rules, you should have even more of a reason as well as an expectation to follow them properly. This goes for Staff, advisors, leaders, whatever.
Keep in mind, this is also why I didn't have a problem with Dyno's situation, because Dyno is one of the few staff+ who will genuinely expect the same from himself as he does from other random pubbers on the server.
