Well no, not entirely, he'd still be right even if i were Staff. I'd just not make it as straightforward.
It's because I was Staff to know he's right. Also, no it's not the reason i stepped down neither is it realistically capable of happening / changing.

Again, this is something that probably needs the most work within the community, just telling you straight up that majority of
your suggestions, concerns, inquiries about the clan said to Staff with a response of
"we'll definitely check it out", "don't worry it'll get done" or "great suggestion" will either get shelved to the side, deferred for a remaining week or so, and simply just not cared for. There's very poor communication made between those two positions, those who are Staff+ and those who are members of the community. Those who are held in power, and those who really only have the power to propose change with the likelihood of being ignored.

Every time i see that shit happening it just means a egn's gonna get further divided and the group a has less powerful ppl on it will feel jaded and leave while the other side will laugh say they won and call the ppl who left toxic and trolls anyway.
Further divided meaning just little click groups everywhere, does't mean EGN's gunna fall apart / die for those who said that.
But yea, those who are closer / more familiar with Staff normally have more say & more power of what's done around here if I'm being completely honest.
I won't say that EGN's Staff team or even the community has poor management or even nearly that, think they / we all have potential. It's just the matter of reaching that point. Unfortunate as it is, it's sorta always been this way, more practical / realistic especially in a community similar to this where majority of our members are brought from a game / server that is built around not taking much into consideration in regards to what's serious or not? If that sorta makes sense.
