To give some context, my ISP has the shitty web portal to change settings in my modem/router instead of it being direct.

Tried setting up some simple port forwarding to play some gaems with friends tonight. Tried doing the 192.168.0.1, and I'd get a "Too Many Redirects" error. Tried to clear browser cache/cookies. Still get the error. Tried to go incognito - same error.

Tried to login to their online portal for customer service - invalid credentials. Finally get logged in after trying the same thing a couple times. Tried going to the "correct" direct portal link, this page loads! Andddd my credentials are invalid. Whatever - I'll just reset my password. Then it says my User ID is invalid. Which is wrong. It's on my statements/saved password options/etc.

Just let me connect directly to my router to change it's settings. Ffs.

I'm supposed to be able to access it from this online portal - but it won't let me login with my web portal (email/password). Says my user account doesn't exist.

What's your gateway address? 192.168.0.1 generally isn't the gateway for your router, it's usually something like: 192.168.1.254 or something like that. HMU if you need some help

The final issue is that my ISPs online web portal (not directly connected to my computer or router) does not recognize my account/email. There is nothing I can do until I can get their tech support Monday.
