No offence or anything but COKE is COCA COLA. Why do you say "coke" for every carbonated beverage?

Just like how here (Australia) "Sprite" is interchangeable with "Lemonade" --- NOT THE SAME THING!

I'd like the promotion, the paycheck and parking spot. But I don’t really want to be in charge of anything.

I hate saying "you guys", "yous", "folks", AND "you all/yall"

Everyone doesn't work either. WE NEED A NEW WORD!!!

Yous makes the most sense though.

"Youse" is pretty much strictly a Philly / Italian slum thing. Out of all the places I lived for awhile, Philly has some of the best slang. Here are some examples I've compiled that you'd use everyday:

jawn (jôn) / noun /
literally anything.
"yo, we bout to head over to the jawn, grab the jawn, and leave with all them jawns. that jawn is hot!"

boul (pronounced bull) / noun /
a friendly person.
"yo, what's good with my young boul?"

drawling (drôliNG) / verb /
acting crazy, talking stupid.
"fam, why you buggin? you drawling on the strip"

cat / noun /
a regular person.
"them cats over there got all them jawns!"

"Yert" / greeting /
the call of the young boul.
"yo! ayo! YERRRRRRRRT! Whatsup, son?"

Wudda / noun /
the correct pronunciation for "water".

Jimmies or Jimminees / noun /
little sprinkles you put on ice-cream

Cards / noun /
A game of spades. if you say "you wanna play cards?" you mean "you wanna play spades?"

Also, one thing to remember is that Philly cats add unnecessary syllables to words.... with most slang, syllables get removed, but in Philly, syllables get added. People don't say "icing", they say "icening" for instance.
