Well, if you've only played 50 hours then you just need to keep at it. Lookup scale drills and other exercises to stretch your hands out and get them used to playing shit.

If you play 1-2 hours per day, in a year you'll have over 500 hours. That's a pretty significant chunk of time for any skill (think about video games you sucked at vs. those same video games at 500 hours played). You'll get there.
