Well I commend you on you doing self reflection, becoming more self aware. Self-Awareness is crucial in becoming a health productive person. Being Mean to others usually is a reflection of your environment. Hostile friends and family are never a good thing. But being aware of it and choosing not to be apart of it is one of many steps.
