I've made lot's of mistakes but one of the worst things I regret is spending to much time with someone I used to talk with, really dumb shit happened from that

dont think i would ever want to change those moments exept for one: i never took a proper goodbye from my grandma before she died, would change that moment at any cost if i could

I don't think this is a regret though? You didn't choose to have social anxiety. I know I didn't. Your anxiety is a part of you and over a lot of time can lessen but will always be part of you. It does not however define you and you should never feel bad about having it. If anyone tries to guilt you over it say fuck em cause you are pretty cool the way you are.

Just like others said, you can't be you without the mistakes you have made, but one mistake that I will . constantly make in my life, is something that I regret because I don't think I can avoid making this mistake because it is part of my nature, if that makes sense. I regret looking after my friends so much, I always put others above myself and make sure everyone else is ok before even looking at myself, which has given me no time to look after myself, which in turn has made fall into a dark pit which is hard to get out of. Plus looking after others has made me realise how crappy the world is, because of others stories I know what the world can be like...

I can't exactly remember what I regret considering I haven't done anything most recent to what I regret the most, but one thing could be not being there for my friends when they needed me the most, and not passing my GCSE(s) first attempt as I never had payed much attention to them so I didn't revise nor did I do well in the papers.
