I agree with this. His original question was never answered in the first post, it got pushed to the side and then became focused on the disrespect part of the issue. The closest thing to an answer he got was just the circular argument that he “wasn’t doing his job as a CT” because there is a rule that says you have to do your job as a ct, rather than being given a concise answer if what he did was wrong or against the rules.

The rules say:

I am glad admins are taking matters to do something about CTs randomly going into secrets though. It seems to be pretty common practice for CTs to spend the round randomly going into secrets for no reason.

The role as a CT is to give orders to the T's, the T obeying, playing death-game, until the last man alive; you said, you heard a T coming from vent without seeing him? Then, should be justifible, since it is playing your role, as CT would kill any T's that rebelled against them. People get confused a LOT because the point of Jailbreak is that CT shouldn't know where the secret is at, since it's "hidden" for a reason, that only T should enter, and that CT can't enter without a reason but twist the rule, and making a rule that CT need to see a T go to vents which isn't a rule btw so CT would be given a slight disadvantage, if you HEAR footsteps and not a CT on radar should also count as seeing them

Yes, a CT can access a secret based off visual or audible evidence of a Terrorist in / accessing a secret.

Not sure where "you have to see the T in order for you to go into the secret" came from? He claimed he heard a T in the water of vents; meanwhile, fulfilling his role as a guard he continues to go after the rebelling T until he's either been signaled somewhere else in need or the T has been killed. You’re not going to follow the T’s breadcrumbs. Also, this has nothing to do with him being disrespectful to admins neither should relate to that. He originally asked for a clarification of a rule, not a "how do I make a complaint" especially seeing he even stated in his first post that he wanted a clarification and wasn't going to bother for a complaint.

The first post I locked because it was seeming like a arguing match between Central and yourself koolaidman. Granted I didn't really answer your clarification so for that my bad. Your clarification seems to have been answered though so thanks to everyone for that. If you were going into a secret to kill a T that was actively rebelling then you were doing no wrong. Like I said I didn't see what happened so that's where I was saying if you have evidence you were doing no wrong then make a complaint against central. Hopefully this thread has clarified some things and again I will address any complaints you have against central if you submit a complaint because it's sounding like you may have been doing nothing wrong but as far as kicking you for being disrespectful I stand by that because I had warned you multiple times to stop it and you didn't.

Thank you all for your input into the matter. I was disrespectful in-game because of the sheer amount of admins AND staff online and nobody seemed to care. Apologies to Central for losing my temper.

To my understanding, I believe that a CT should ONLY be allowed to use secrets if he SEES a T breaking into a secret and running away. You can't just break into a secret to get the T if the secret wasn't touched. The secret is called a secret for a reason.

This was already answered. If a Ct can hear a T in a secret I.E. If a T goes through vending machine on razor gets tp'd to the bottom of vents. But a CT Didn't see them do it but hears them in it. They can chase any way nesessary to kill the T. As long as it is going after a T and playing your role. If you are breaking a vent without 100% knowing a T is in there or not. You are not playing your role.
