CS:GO is the best in my opinion just because of how competitive it can be especially if you have a group of friends to play it with.

(also cs:cz has the best name because it incorporates a word that starts with z which i rarely see in games idk if that warrants you giving me skins though ;-;)

I like both CS:S and CS:GO, I couldn't tell you which is my favourite. The others I haven't really played enough to give an opinion, other than CS 1.6, which is good, basically like CS:S tbh.

Condition Zero was actually the one that I enjoyed playing the most when I was 10-13. As I got 1.6 and Condition zero from my uncle I was also loving pokemon (as currently still but a little less ^^) I also went on Condition Zero to play Superhero Mod, Warcraft, Pokemod and all those nice once that you needed actually keybinds for to use a special skill or ability in that mode. It was a great game to start with on the FPS side tbh :) I've met a lot of great people and there was like a one Clan that was hyped on that game called :E|2:, they had nice people and pretty much made the experience better for me :D As I played with my friends (who I added on Facebook even ;)) I joined his little clan called D'3, together with my pal MaLCoLm in the C for Clan group that was just a steam group tbh. We always had fun and joy ^^ That's why Condition Zero was the best one to me :) My past is because of them <3

CS:GO wins in best game, but CS:Source wins in most game mods (Gmod beats cs:s in game mods)

CSGO has become my most played game with CSS on a close 2nd and Gmod on the third

Honestly I had the most with 1.5 — Steam took a little something away

I think CSGO and CSS are both pretty good in their own ways, I remember 1.6 being fun as well but I haven't played it since I was little.

CSGO:
- more competitive and better for esports and viewing
- skins are nice and create an economy
- operations and updates
- comp / additions of new maps and updates to old ones

CSS:
- more laid back, casual
- easier to mod
- more viable guns compared to CSGO ( not just AK, M4, AWP as the only consistently viable guns)
- good / realistic gun animations, especially pistols
