To be honest, the warning rules are supposed to give warning to the T's for simple mistakes (not the exact orders from the warden), and actually try to give a realistic feel like in Jail. Some rules, there's always going to be that one smartass abusing the rule, and depending on the scenario, admins will have to enforce it but usually as Yiggles and Needy stated

The CTs control the game, not the Ts. Don't let them manipulate you!

Disagree. If a T is bending or abusing the warning rule in anyway then a CT is allowed to kill them, ain’ they? An admin shouldn’t have to make it their job for T’s to follow warden’s orders.
The warning rule is also intact because CTs are usually (trigger-happy or frag-whore) that would kill a T in 0.5 sec for not following orders when the warden just gave out a new orderr and the following T that was killed would just scream into their mic "I GOT FREEKILLED, ADMIN!!!! SLAY THIS GUY!!!!"; would just disrupt gameplay, and that warning rule is in placed to eliminate a lot of freekills or clear the confusion of the orders. Nowadays, people just complain about the warning rule because they can't be nazi and want that gud kd to be the top player of the whole server, but isn't precisely the point since the whole term of "Jailbreak" is about the T's trying to get guns, rebelling against the CT team, killing them, and escaping the map.
Lol not argueing on this one just giving my point of view. For one the warning rule I believe can be embraced with warning shots you just can't free shoot. So I'm starting to see my only solution will be to give warning shots out as well. Which I know people will hate more and I don't see that breaking any rules. The other thing is I've seen so many cry about not being warned and killed anyways. So I don't see the big difference, they went from crying about freekill to "I wasn't warned" lol. Yeah you can say a lot of people are trigger happy and want the kills, but this system is slowing down the rounds as well. By the time we've gotten to Lr there's maybe a minute left on the clock sometimes. The funny thing is the round timer has been extended as well and we still can't get through a full round without having to slay everyone at 0:00.

The thing about warning shots is that, you don't know their HP. They could've already been shot and that could turn into freekills. I don't see warning shots working out well to be honest.

Link knows that. He's saying we should introduce warning shots. I would disagree because of my reason above.
