What do you guys do for a living?

I quite literally meant call flows. As in, if you were to dial a company's phone number. If you are listed menus/placed into a waiting queue/etc, I create/design the scripts that handle the interaction on the technical side.

I am in college in my 3rd year, but my second year on my course level. I study BTEC Practitioners Level 3 Diploma in IT (Year 2). My first year in college was studying Level 2. I plan to progress onto Level 4 HNC in IT, then progressing onto Level 5 HND, and which when completed, I will have half of my degree. I might plan to finish the last year in university to complete my degree, but I'm not too sure as of yet.

Thought Chick-fil-A FOH were suppose to be nice and courteous but there is a contradiction if Matt is training people there...

Currently I'm working at Best Buy as a Geek Squad Consultation Agent #LawlnotrealIT I'm starting my AS Degree in the spring for Network Systems Engineering Technology, getting A+, Microsoft, and Cisco Certified.
However I am just using my background with technology to make some money until I can follow my career in Film / Editing.
I have been editing with Adobe Premiere Pro since I was 10 years old, currently certified in Final Cut Pro X and Premiere Pro, and I don't plan to stop there.
I also work for a DJ and Entertainment company based out of Winter Haven, Florida. 4SchoolsOnly.

It's pretty cool, I work remote so most of the meetings I can just be in my underwear sipping coffee. Then while I'm building their platform I just build in 1 monitor and have the other with some podcasts/youtube/spotify. You'll never know if the company you call was programmed by me or naw :^)

Actually I rarely ever make phone calls, I have an actual store. It’s a face to face business.
