16 hours is nothing. I was working 40 hours at KFC which was my old job. My new and current job is a member of the British Armed Forces. Hence my severe inactivity around here.

I think he meant 16 hours a day... 16 hours a week doesn't constitute over-time anywhere, I think.

16 hours a week, yes it's nothing but only part-time and is only temporary.

And also, you have mis-read it, I have requested overtime, and I got it. As I'm only contracted to 8 hours, I have been doing 16 hours recently.

I work as a sub contractor for FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS. I sell each of there shipping services that are offered.

My job is 21 hours a week Farming XP to pay the bills and that I also have to pay £10.99 per hour for switching between TV channels. Other than that I`m currently still attending college studying IT.

I quite literally meant call flows. As in, if you were to dial a company's phone number. If you are listed menus/placed into a waiting queue/etc, I create/design the scripts that handle the interaction on the technical side.
