Please watch this video if anyone is dealing with any type of depression. The term "it gets better" is thrown around so much anymore people who are depressed might not even see the meaning in it, I was one of them. When I was in high school, this man's advice and lectures helped get me out of the deepest hole I had ever been in. If this video helps you, watch whatever you can with this guy in it.

I'm still working on my depression and anxiety and some days are always worse than others. However, I still try and I encourage all who also deal with these or any other mental illness DO NOT GIVE UP. You are loved and worth so much more than you probably think. It doesn't matter if its because you are so very angry, or sad, or even because you're happy and want to tell someone. Everyone should have someone they trust to talk to.
