If a T didn't kill someone, CT's would be allowed to give the T a pardon if the warden deems the T a changed man.

If you vote yes towards this I guess its saying jailbreak 1 rules would be the rules without the new warning system that has broken game-play, most users say they miss the old rules and stuff has changed a lot.

This being said jailbreak 2 would remain the same (that server currently has more players playing it so that's where the main rules would be..)

There would be no warnings, there would be people classified as rebels or not but there will be pardons if voted in..

When a ct is overwhelmed with rebelers (The WHOLE T team vs a few or 1 ct) or when the warden thinks someone should be pardon`d T`s may be pardon`d and expected to follow orders..
