I wouldn't recall it as "guessing" as we often approximate general (most common) times for those who have school and work on a Friday, generally being between 7:00p - 3:00pm more than likely, while equivalenting those times within timezones (NA and EU) which would generally be between 4:00p - 6:00p PST (starting time) If I am correct but I am not opposed to you creating a thread asking what times work for them in regards to events and when are they are most often on, just bear in mind that times won't shift (at least by much) unless everyone for some reason works night shifts and goes to school at the eight o'clock hours. Aside from that *remember that these events (being the monthly MTRs) should be and are revolved around the recruits of that given month.
