I've noticed many people starting to get into arguments, and this is in no way trying to stir the pot, but a post about the complete opposite. (so pls dun lock)
As we know, people have many different opinions on things that we might agree/disagree with, and that's fine. That's what makes the world go round, and that's what creates personality. If everyone thought and felt the same thing, that would be a pretty boring and depressing Utopian society. Alas, that's not how it is thankfully.
However, people have never been able to give their opinion on the internet without another person trying to prove them wrong. Its become a huge problem in the world, and its starting to top one of the worst problems the world faces; systematic oppression. So, how does one explain their opinion without offending someone, and how does one person respond to that opinion without offending the opinionated?
Well, first thing you have to do is make sure any opinion you give is backed up with facts. Yeah that's right, elementary school has taught you wrong when they said Fact and Opinion are two different things. You cant have a fact without some outlying opinion, and an opinion without facts. Its just not possible. So make sure you have the proof to back up your feelings.
Secondly, before responding to someones opinion, make sure you acknowledge that, no matter what you say, they will still hold that opinion close to their heart. Implying that you wont even try to counter argue their opinion even if you know they are wrong. Its not your job to educate and show them where they went wrong, and this is also not a court house and you aren't the lawyer.
Lastly, don't be a contradicting hypocrite. If you are defensive about your point of view and you don't want your opinion questioned, don't question someone else's opinion in general. If you are super set on a certain idea, don't go out of your way to go against what you believe in, just makes you a lesser person in all of this. Things would be much better if you let others say how they feel, and you say how you feel. The second we start jumping down each others throat about things, that's when you and the person you are arguing with look like complete fools.
In conclusion, if you want to discuss something with someone about something you did not agree with, speak with them politely. Start off with "I don't understand how you feel this way, but I just want to know why if that's okay with you." If they respond with an explanation, fantastic you respectfully asked for them to clarify. However, if they don't want to talk about it, then leave it at that. Don't pressure them into doing something they don't want to do. If you follow these easy steps, you will live a happier life. Hope I explained this well. Much love to you all.

You confuse me with the white text aswell.
This is argumentative based, and that's kind of the point I was portraying. They don't necessarily have to be factual, but during discussion most need to be.
If you think Donald Trump is a good president, and you want to defend Donald Trump for being a good president, you should have facts about what makes him great. If you want to have a discussion on it, you can't just say "He's a good president because he's good". You have to come up with factual reasons why he is a good president.
Also, not sure why the comment on the white text and who it confuses you. Though its not for everyone.
