I guess ill reply with a little more detail. :p

Yeah I was active on the forums and was pretty much on call for steam messages. But elsewhere, my absence was really hurting the staff, I was never on Jail Break which is most arguably our most important server, especially when it was crucial to watch it to make sure the new changes were going smoothly. Part of the reason was every time I joined Jail break people just expected too much from me that it eventually killed it for me.

I was hardly on Teamspeak except for certain times to play TTT and what not and missed many discussions and situations going on *Which i'm not going to say.*

I was just too nervous to really do much by myself and would pass it on to other staff making them handle a lot of situations.

One of the biggest reasons, I just got myself to wrapped up in personal projects and haven't given the time needed for staff as I did with projects with my friends.

Around 8:00 pm every day I would set myself offline cause I just wanted a break without worrying if something was going to happen or someone was going to message me needing help, cause I just spread myself to thin and didn't give myself the time frame to cool off.

So I decided I was unfit for staff rank and didn't want to badly reflect the great staff team we have now. Hopefully whoever replaces me will be far more active then I was and willing to get in on the action. :3
