How is this not rude or disrespectful? If you have a problem with Matt why would you not take it directly to him? That is what started this entire post in the first place. Is the fact that members like you and Swim feel like airing out the issues you have for everyone to see really the best idea? To be completely honest you look like spoiled children. KHARN chose Matt to be advisor for a reason. KHARN & MATT chose Dyno to be staff for a reason. Are you saying that Kharn made a mistake with both of them. Because I doubt thats gonna go over very well. Matt has done nothing in any of his comments that would prove he was anything other than level headed. If you're commenting from your phone than maybe you should wait until you are on your computer. That way you can fully understand the conversation thats happening. Instead of running in half cocked and being really mean. And yes Dyno is an asset but Matt is just as needed and just as useful.

Dude I think I speak for EVERYONE here, we are ALL approachable, and if you're not comfortable talking with one of us, there is plenty of others, you're always more then welcome to bring anything up in private, rather then "try to prove a point" or something whatever you're trying to do here.

This is what I think of minor ddosing and major ddosing. Minor ddosing- ddosing a server but doesn't take down the server, but lagged time to time but major ddosing- ddosing a server that can take down the server for hours or days. One example is that 2 weeks ago, a ddosing occurred, and made the server lagged but didn't crashed. And I went into teamspeak, and see you, mattlikepie, etc in there, pinpointing that minor ddosing

As I stated, I want my problem to seen on the forum and not in PM. Nobody listen to my voice for shit and even irl. Never said it was a mistake that kharn picked Matt, just said he wasn't suited to be advisor to me, since everyone has their opinion. I wouldn't think as myself as a spoiled children but as ignorant. But I do listen, and understand of what everyone is saying.

If anyone has been on the forums in the last 6 months they would know what I meant by that comment, the Matt way to handle any discussion post that has anything to do with staff or an issue that YOU have a personal stake in is dismissed and locked before anyone can comment or have any discussions. And you escape excuse is "too keep the peace". Stop with the censorship Matt. Its better for a community to discuss this bullshit rather than sweep it under the rug. Dyno gets it, why dont you?

Well let me stop you there. First off, to be blunt, no, I don't know what you mean. I'm honestly tired of all these people saying "you take things too personally" - like where the does that even come from? There's a few things that the Staff+ have talked about with me, but that's not stuff you see here on the forums. So please, explain, because it seems no one else is able to do so.

I also really can't say I know what you mean by me saying I'm keeping the peace. I don't ever recall locking a thread for no reason and coming up with a bullshit excuse. There's always a reason, usually it's because things are getting out of hand and people are breaking the forum rules. That might sound like I'm trying to "keep the peace" but what Staff doesn't do that then?

Also strange you compare me to Dyno considering about 90% of the things he's done as Staff is under my guidance...he is new you know.

The fact that there was a DDoS none the less was the fact we were trying to pinpoint where it comes from, and when its happening we can pinpoint where it comes from, now why this may have been minor to you, it is in fact major, as previous to this, our servers were getting monitored by NFO, and that was what wasn't caught by NFO filters. Now in the BACKGROUND ALOT was coming through, however most was mitigated directly by NFO and we had access to all of that information (also what was mitigated) Now we don't share a lot of what we do to pinpoint or mitigate this DDoS, nor will anyone for that matter. As that information is on a need to know basis. On this it's not for you nor anyone who isn't already privvy to this information i'm sorry to say.
