Matt does what he needs to do. Sure some of the shit he does people disagree with and sometimes I disagree with, but he was the only one eligible to take the Advisor position(MEANING GIVEN BY DEFAULT). He has also done things that made himself sound kinda hypocritical, which sometimes he doesnt realize. He has takes things personally sometimes, handles things improperly sometimes, and has messed up a few times at his job.

If anyone has been on the forums in the last 6 months they would know what I meant by that comment, the Matt way to handle any discussion post that has anything to do with staff or an issue that YOU have a personal stake in is dismissed and locked before anyone can comment or have any discussions. I'm honestly tired of all these people saying "you take things too personally" - like where the does that even come from? There's a few things that the Staff+ have talked about with me, but that's not stuff you see here on the forums. So please, explain, because it seems no one else is able to do so.

I also really can't say I know what you mean by me saying I'm keeping the peace. I don't ever recall locking a thread for no reason and coming up with a bullshit excuse. There's always a reason, usually it's because things are getting out of hand and people are breaking the forum rules. That might sound like I'm trying to "keep the peace" but what Staff doesn't do that then?

Also strange you compare me to Dyno considering about 90% of the things he's done as Staff is under my guidance...he is new you know.

Matt, heads up if multiple people tell you the same thing you have an issue. And Second I'm doing this from my phone so I can't go through it all rn. Third dyno maybe new but like everyone keeps saying he's an asset, and frankly a better, more level headed staff member than you will ever be.
