"No disturbing sprays allowed." includes no nudity. To some people it may be disturbing. So we enforce that to keep a friend, clean server.... Well... Somewhat clean I guess.

Yea pretty much you got it by the rule itself. No sprays that disturb the players are allowed, meaning if someone complains about it the admin acts on it, or sometimes the admin acts on it if he/she deems it as disturbing.
And you gotta understand we do get kids on the server who prefer not to see these nudity sprays.
