Recently I've noticed that after the admin meeting, players who had their admin removed and haven't had it reinstated have still got some residual admin powers and keep using them on the server (jailbreak).

These powers include:
-!swap
-!ctban
-!give

I have alerted matt, doldol and kharn, but wanted to make it known to the clan as a whole.

Can a Staff+ please clarify if a player who previously had admin is entitled to use these powers or not?

I'd assume people without admin shouldn't be using admin commands, they've been having trouble managing the "doldol mods" lately.
