What Changes you would like: Guard specific rule stating "Only warden is to open cells on warday unless the warden dies. Rule does not apply to T"

Reasoning behind why: CTs sabotage wardays by opening cells way before other CT are out of armory/in the warzone. If the warden decides to sabotage the rest of CT team by doing that, warden [1] SHOULD be punished for not playing their role of overseeing CT teams safety or [2] SHOULDN'T be punished because that's their choice for a quick warday as warden. Also, rule does not apply to T since its T advantage for rebelling incase anyone feels derpy and doesnt realize that

What Changes you would like:For those who have repeated MFK unable to be unbanned for at least a year

Reasoning behind why:I'm not tryna hate or anything, but the situation with Dhack is stupid... he's been perm banned twice for MFK'ing, after the first time he did it again, simply didn't follow the reason why he was banned as well he already knew why. I think after they've done it at least twice, they shouldnt be able to be unbanned for another year.

What Changes you would like:"Out of cell freeze" should only be targeted at rebellers who were already outside of their cell before the order was given. Anyone else who takes a step out TECHNICALLY is not following orders since no matter how small of a step you take outside of your cell, you could have taken a slightly smaller one and therefore, aren't frozen outside of your cell.

Reasoning behind why:It should help clear up some issues in the past and I feel most Wardens usually only target it at those who are rebelling.
