So to help out for future of the jailbreak server

What Changes would you like to see in the server.

This way it can be brought up and voted upon in the meeting and a good place to store the information, just so you don't forget until the meeting.

What Changes you would like:I would like "All t's out of cells freeze to be implied"

Reasoning behind why:This makes it so that even though you're out of your cells before prior orders are given you. Are automatically frozen so makes it easier for the CT's to classify rebels and they don't have to say it everytime the round starts. Also preventing "Mic delay & I always already out of my cell frozen why you kill me"

What Changes you would like:I would like the rule "Prisoners can refuse to play games that are opinionated (such as "Why are you in prison?" or "Joke Day")." to be changed to, "Prisoners can refuse to play any game that involves anything opinionated (such as "Why are you in prison?" or "Joke Day"). I'm sure it could be worded better, but you get the gist of it.

Reasoning behind why: This rule seems pretty straightforward, joke days are refusable, end of discussion. However, people have tried to find loopholes around this by playing a game something along the lines of, " [x] trivia to pick someone to tell a joke" In my opinion, since this game involves an opinion, (the person who is chosen to tell a joke can be killed based on the opinion of lead CT) the entire "[x] trivia" should be refusable to begin with. I believed this was against the rules, but someone insisted that it wasn't so I would like to clear it up. Sounds like a pointless change, but it will eliminate any loophole people could find in order to bypass that rule.

What Changes you would like:"bum rush to my spray" needs to automatically become "bum rush to my spray every time until stated not to"

Reasoning behind why:its a tricky way to get rid of a lot of tees and this can help admins.

What Changes you would like:Admins to take a little less time before acting

Reasoning behind why:I know this has been stated a hundred times by a hundred different people but I still see other admins when I'm on that are so quick to use their admin to mute all, slay a ct, kick etc. without even stopping to look at the situation. I understand you need to be quick to act when someone is doing a mfk but a lot of our admins need to start thinking before they act instead of shoot first ask questions later. I do believe we have an order of operations that every admin should follow but yet I don't see a lot of admins even trying to attempt to follow it.

What Changes you would like:Banning a player kicks them automatically.

Reasoning behind why:Just to avoid the "why didn't you ban him?" question I always get when I ban someone. Just would make life easier.

Reasoning behind why:In jailbreak we're losing a lot of people based on prejudice

New Ban method
-Instead of Perm banning right away [CT BAN]
--MFK are considered 4 Terrorist
--- Shorter bans for MFK instead of Perm 3 Days

What Changes you would like:Bring back freedays

Reasoning behind why:When you visit a new map or one never played it's fun to explore without rebelling and sometimes CTS don't wanna give orders so they just keep calling wardays and a freedays would be a nice alternative. Maybe just make the same rule as wardays but alittle bit stricter? Like you an only do two free day in a row

What Changes you would like:When Warden says "All T's out of your cells freeze, and expecting all of the other T's that are in their cells to follow those orders because no in cell orders rule is already implied.

Reasoning behind why:Gives the T's more leverage to rebel, CT's are giving orders to T's already rebelling, the T's that arent told to freeze that are in their cells already shouldnt have to follow that order.

What Changes you would like:CT bans for 1st offense MFKs

Reasoning behind why:There are a lot of people that come on this server that just have no idea what's going on and then proceed to MFK. Some of these people may just have no idea what a warday is, and others might shoot the stack just to be dicks. Either way they are punished the same, permanent bans. We are throwing out a lot of potential good players with the bad ones. I realize they can appeal but if it's your first time in a server you're realistically not going to go through the trouble to sign up for an account here just to post and POSSIBLY get unbanned. Everyone probably realizes CSS is on the decline and that new active players will become rarer and rarer so we can use all the new players we can get. I would personally like to see a 3 strike system for this kind of stuff. 1st strike = 1 month CTBan; 2nd strike = 3 month server ban; 3rd strike = 1 year/permban. These guys really can't do any harm to the gameplay as Ts and we still increase our population, and if they abide and are forced to be a T for a month you can bet they will know the rules by then. Think of it as rehab instead of the death penalty
