Jailbreak Situational Question

The reason I'm asking this to you is because I ask this in every person i give admin to before they join our jailbreak. There is no wrong or right answer it's just how you see it should be handle.

Situational question

1. You have 5 Terrorist they're in this thin hallway but 1 Terrorist Rebels and shoes a gun in the middle of them. So you have a Counter Terrorist Who is carrying an awp and takes the shot Killing The Rebel T and 3 Innocent T's What would you do to the random?

2. You're the CT that pulled the trigger Killing The Rebel T and 3 Innocent T's What would you do to yourself?

I would like to know how you all think I've heard different stories.

What i have heard....

-Would ban the Random for MFK
--I would CT ban the random
---I would just slay the random

[For themselves]
-I would apologize and slay myself
--I would just swap sides
---I would report myself
----I would keep playing and move on with the round

depends, did the CT yell "HE'S COMING RIGHT FOR US"? If so, then he's good.

But for real, scenario one, depending on the players attitude before, I'll swap him to T if it was an accident (don't shoot into big groups...), otherwise a CT Ban or a Ban if I think they did it on purpose. Also tell everyone to shut up that's telling me to ban him for MFK.

Scenario 2. I don't miss, or I don't shoot into the group. Most i go for is one free kill, depending on the rebeller and if I really want him dead. If I do somehow manage to MFK by accident, I will slay myself and swap to T for a bit.

Shit happens, yo.

1: depending on the random's response to what he did. If he instantly admits what he did was wrong and slays himself, I would give him a week CT ban and warn him that the next time would be a CT ban of a much longer length.. If said random has no remorse for what he did and leaves the game, then I would report him the normal way, a permanent ban. It's all in how the random handles what he did.

2: If it were me in that situation, I would instantly: slay myself, swap to T for the remainder of the day, apologize to those I freekilled, and make a CT ban report under my name. If I would give them a 1 week CT ban for the accidental mfk, then I should also get the same ban should I accidentally mfk.

1. Acknowledge the situation and understand it was an accident; swap to T, further action may be needed if player is ignoring you.

2. Banning yourself is abuse, whether or not it's justified. Like Phillip included, maybe not be a CT for a while or report yourself (and say sorry) and acknowledge what you did wrong.

1.Personally I dont think randoms are just assholes, some of them are just trying to learn the quirks of being a ct. This is a situation stacked against the CT, I doubt a lot of people wouldnt take that shot in that moment. I would talk it out, swap them and remind them to read the rules.

2. Slay, apologize profusely and check if the prisoners aren't pissed off, then take a break

1.) Day Ban, report the ban on forums and let the higher ups deal with extending it or not. But make sure to explain the situation well.
2.) Slay then swap and let everyone playing know that it was an accident.
