Yes that is correct. Kharn stated in the meeting that it's your choice and basically your "fault" for leaving; also the fact that if supporters were to apply again they would get in without no votes in which may leave members unhappy about the situation as some were even unhappy about Doldol coming back I believe, but if Kharn thinks Doldol is great for advisor, thats his decision, going off topic.
But in overall, yes they would go through the recruitment process, just like all the others.
