Best map it was on the server forever until someone complained and just recently they put it back but then people complained again so it was removed. Bunch of cry baby's anymore.

This could cuase more issues in the long run... because if there muted and trying to ask for a repeat well if theremuted that cant so that would give them a reason to spam chat..but agreed alot of cts dont watch chat.

The people who voted "No" are the ones who mic spam at the beginning of the round lol

the problem is that the server kind of encourages people to be an asshole by rewarding that behavior
the anal nazi ct who makes every round boring will say "out of cell freeze" the very minute everyones models has loaded in a new round and then claim warden
ts will constantly talk over warden until warned because they can and they see that as some kind of allowed psychological warfare to give them as much edge as possible in order to rebel by disrupting the game in whatever way possible
all this means is that at the beginning of the round whoever says "out of cell freeze" first and fastest and is the most popular(because if you actually did say the rule first to try to take it away from a server regular who is being a douche warden, all his cronies and friends will spam the voice chat saying that he called it first even if he didnt or people looking to ride some server regular dick) gets warden and ts will spam, either with calls for repeats that they dont even need because again, theyre just exploiting the rules to get an edge and disrupt the warden or just general bullshit, just because assholes win on the server
people who just want to have fun, give interesting orders, and are laidback and willing to give up warden, are the ones punished. muting the ts solves one problem but not the other and sadly from reading the thread a plugin that mutes people once the first person calls warden is also easily exploited because again
assholes will be assholes :_)
edit: that all said, my ultimate vote on this matter is yes because at least it is a step forward from the bullshit clusterfuck that is the beginning of the round with assholes(who follow the rules) in the server
