And what Zach said, it takes 10 seconds to give orders "Out of cell freeze, Step out your cell face the back and afk freeze". I'd say more confusion comes from two CT's trying to get warden (but I digress, this is about muting).

CT's just need to git gud imo

90% of the people on the server HATE being muted so we're asking to piss of the regulars, the people who are on everyday keeping the server alive, the people who have to deal with the server rules when none of the admins are on to enforce them.

I admit i've seen instances where the T's need to be muted but those are few and far between when i play on the server or when a player decides to drop a big fat N bomb over the mic, The only people i see giving a damn about muting the T's or the dead are some of our more overzealous admins that try to flex that they have power in the server.

it takes less than 10 seconds to say "all T's when cell doors open take a step out and freeze", if it takes you 30 seconds to give orders when you should already be out of armory by 5:30 thats delaying imo and just takes away from the fun atmosphere of the server.

On a side note, I do understand peoples concerns not able to yell out every time they're confused but if admins want to manually do every little thing that's their choice I guess.

But features like this really do improve the server because admins aren't going to be on 24/7 *Though admin activeness has rapidly improved recently* and it wouldn't be abused as much as the warden can talk only plugin we had before because it's a timed thing for only the very first orders.

When on these polls look at it from a regular pubber or new players point of view without admins in the picture. I do agree that 30 seconds is too much but 10 seconds I'd say is probably the sweet zone for being able to calmly give the FIRST orders without having to speak over everyone.

Yes obviously there's people that believe "no admins no rules" But that doesn't mean we should actually follow that statement and should not be supported in anyway. That's why we have a submit ban forum and demos.

This thread was a waste of time no one cares about control on jailbreak.

I personally love the blissfulness one can achieve by simply listening to some screaming for 5 minutes at a time. The only quite time we need is in between map changes. My favorite memories of jailbreak are when the children shove their mics down their throats and fuck it with their vocal cords. Ahhh bliss

From what I can remember back in the day the servers that had this plug in actually caused more mic spamming because as soon as the 10 seconds of mute are over the T's just spam their mics and it actually causes you to have to mute them again. It seems like most of the time when someone is speaking over warden at the beginning of the round it's just a single person more than the whole T team

Maybe if you spent less time being a douche to people because you don't get your way. Or the fact that you imagine that your some staff member. Get over yourself if you haven't noticed no one is impressed with the way you present yourself and by the sounds of it they all see right through you.

Lately people has been just continuing to talk over the warden, in why I have started to kick people who did (obviously warned beforehand). Whenever I was on the server after a few people being kicked, they knew not to do it, due to well me being full on strict with it. There has been times where I'm sitting there, saying to myself "What on earth did he say?" then I ask for a repeat, and people are talking and talking over warden in also why I have a bind to MUTE ALL TERRORISTS so people can actually listen to the warden.

This could potentially cause some chaos as they will be like 'why mute?' and tbh this doesn't stop them from talking from the warden at all for the remainder of the round?

I haven't really seen admins enforcing this nor doing anything about it just a simple 'Do not talk over warden' in admin chat, and this should become more strict considering we have all these people complaining because a lot of people are talking over the warden and it's difficult to hear what the warden says due to all the mic spam.
