Adding Two maps to Jail Break

Hey, so almost 3 years ago, one of my favorite maps from Jail Break has been removed, many other members may know it as ba_underwaterprison_v4 was removed from the Jail Break map rotation. (viewtopic.php?f=26&t=10854&hilit=underwater) I believe that it is time to bring the map back for a couple of reasons. We should also replace the
jb_new_summer_beta we have with the new jb_new_summer_sg, which is the finalized summer map with an LR room installed.

Reasons to bring back Underwater Prison:

1. The map is a Jail Break map. Regardless that it wasnt a traditional Jail Break map, it had some sort of purpose for it, and the Terrorists were still able to everything that they were able to do on a regular map, only with more challenges at hands. ALL of the time, I log into the server I constantly see Razor on, and I honestly question why people favorite razor to be such a great map, for such a popular map it is incredibly basic. Although I understand that Underwaterprison was a map that isnt a "REAL" Jail Break map to certain standards, It should belong in the map rotation regardless if it is not played, only because it is a good map where people generally have fun playing it, at least back during the time when I was around in the community.

2. It has been a long time, that the map has been off the rotation. We have a different population on Jail Break so it should be fair to try out something old and see how this works with the new community we have. Alot of our rules have changed since then, and so we may have a different type of gameplay when it comes to this game. I feel like Underwaterprison should be given another chance.

3. It doesnt hurt to have Underwaterprison back on the server. Honestly we have tons of other maps that no one EVER plays at all, so why cant we just add another map? At least we should test out how the map works on the server.

As for the New Summer map, we should just update the old one that we have, Its better to have a fresh and brand new version than one that was in beta. ALL Im asking for at least is to give the map a chance if the community does decide to want the map back.

All 3 of these incidents were almost 3 years ago as Ive said, Its also something that should be taken under consideration.

With our new time limit, underwater prison would only have like 2 minutes left for the surviving Ts and CTs. (gwad formula veteran Z wouldn't let it off this map, it was painful xD)

I understand that, but why not give something that the community wants? It can still be concidered a JB map with constraints, if the community accepts it in, why not at least TRY?
