Again, I feel like people are not getting the idea of this post. It was for Staff+ to just comment what's going on in their lives so if they are busy, we would know. It wasn't a post complaining about them being inactive, but more of a respectful request to understand what they are up to. I'd appreciate if you read the post and the comments to understand the meaning. I feel as if people see the word "inactive" and get triggered, then write a long post about how I should "be careful" then the rest of the comments are negative after that. If you took time to read the comments and see that the posts the Staff+ made weren't comments that attacked me. The comments were answers to my concerns/questions. The main problem with members of EgN and commenting on posts, is that most of the people who comment, they probably didn't even read the post, and then they get super triggered. Remember this too, you can never tell what a persons tone is through a text. How do you know I was yelling at them? I was simply stating a few facts then politely asked a question. This really wasn't an area for people to ask me "Why does this even matter?" but more of an area where they can update everyone so we don't have people complaining. It was a nice gesture, but it seems as if I can't even do that without people turning this against me. Good to know this.

I get the Idea of the post but it's locked now.

The reason:
None of the staff+ as any obligation to explain their in activity so publicly. It's a good Idea, but they don't have to explain there lives and why they can't be here every sec of everyday.

I would just like to add:

We are not here to babysit the clan day by day to make sure everyone plays along nice. We are here to sort things out when it can't be done yourselves, and to keep the clan moving in the right direction. We are active when we can be but not all of us have that luxury.
