But there really should be some sort of admin training or so people don't get their admins removed for long amounts of time like I have.

I lost admin for a month for not making a ban report on an mfker. I have made ban reports consecutively for any mfker in the past and I have been a hardworking good admin.

After being told that my admin was removed for a month for that reason with a very brief message, I later found out from a regular member that you have to make ban reports on any ban over 1 hour. I have now read thorought the admin rules clanfaq.php#faq_12

I'm sure there are dozens of other details that an admin could have their admin removed for a month or more for reasons like this, which is why I think there should be admin training or at least an admin introduction where they are referred to the admin rules clanfaq.php#faq_12

I understand why my admin was removed but I feel like I had to learn everything on my own. And not everybody is willing to be as good of an admin as I want to be, and could fuck up way worse than I did.

I Always Offered To Help Run Admin Training But The Higher Ups Never Do It.

I just make up my own rules. Has worked out so far.

The funny thing is that a few years ago, around the time Sloppy, Caboose, and myself were all higher ups, anytime someone donated and got admin we ran them through a small bit of information that's actually still in the FAQ/Knowledge Base section of the forums. The only difference now is that, even though all of the information is still there, none of the higher ups do that anymore.

Yeah you're highly mistaken.. When i set up anyone admin they're given all the information and a walk through before they're given admin by myself.
